The Morgan Drawing Institute invites applications for a nine-month Postdoctoral Research Fellowship supporting early-career scholars. Fellows will conduct independent research on the history, theory, collecting, function, or interpretation of drawings, ideally producing a publication. Fellows are expected to be in residence at the Morgan Library & Museum, participate in Institute programs, and contribute to its intellectual life.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree completed within the last ten years
- Experience: Early-career scholars with expertise in drawing studies, art history, or related fields
- Skills: Ability to conduct independent research, engage with collections, and contribute to academic programming
Programme Highlights
