The VIVE Arts Programme department commissions and produces all VIVE Arts projects and programmes. It works with internal teams within VIVE Arts and wider HTC, and with a wide range of external partners including artists, cultural institutions, developers/studios, and designers.
Responsibilities
Production:
- Project management across digital artwork commissions, partnership projects, NFTs, and live events (online and in-person).
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage all production activity for assigned projects/programmes to ensure successful delivery through proposal, R&D, production, installation/delivery, operation, and evaluation.
- Prepare and monitor project documentation (briefs, schedule, budget, production/resource plans). The Producer is expected to use their judgment to make recommendations and take decisions in managing the project.
- Manage the timely execution of project contracts and ensure they are processed and approved swiftly through internal systems, in consultation with internal Legal staff
- Ensure all external stakeholder payments are processed efficiently, in consultation with internal Finance staff.
- Regularly report to Head of Programme and other internal staff on project status.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Curatorial/editorial:
- Support the planning and coordination of talks and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) in connection with the programme, in consultation with the Head of Programme, Head of Global Partnership, and Community Manager.
- Support logistics, practical delivery and content development for talks, events, and AMAs.
- Support research and writing of editorial content for the VIVE Arts website and other VIVE Arts-related platforms.
- Support the Programme department with future curatorial planning and research.
- Communicate VIVE Arts mission and vision and represent company at internal and external activity as required.

Person Specification
Essential:
- Minimum 5-years experience in production/curation in either digital/immersive sector or arts and cultural sector
- Knowledge of and/or experience with either the international arts/cultural sector and/or commercial art galleries
- Interest in new forms of cultural production using advanced technologies
- Ability to work with independence, think strategically and creatively, problem-solve, and prioritise effectively
- Experience of managing and prioritising workload and tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in collaborative teams, with both internal and external partners
- Good writing skills and excellent standard of written/spoken English
- A positive, flexible and collaborative attitude
- Experience of using MS Office and other relevant IT systems to an intermediate / advanced level
- Flexible with working with teams across time zones
Desirable:
- Knowledge of and/or experience with digital art and/or immersive/emerging technologies – game design and engines, CG, AI, augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, motion and volumetric capture
- Knowledge of and/or experience with blockchain, NFT, and web3
- Experience researching and writing editorial content on contemporary/digital art
- Experience producing public programmes (online and offline)

Additional Info:
- Reports to: Head of Programme
- Duration: Fixed term 12 months
- Probation period: 6 months
- Notice Period: 1 month
- Salary: Dependent on experience, in the region of £38,000 – £45,000 per annum
- Hours/FTE: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (9-5.30pm), additional hours may be required during specific periods of work (TOIL policy can be provided on request)
- Annual leave:25 days per annum (excluding public holidays)
- Hybrid Work: 2 days in London co-working space, 3 days remote
