Position: Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator is integral to the Production Team, ensuring the seamless execution of the biennial’s artistic program. This role demands close cooperation with various departments, managing venue relationships, coordinating installations, and ensuring high standards throughout the event’s lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate venue selection and manage refurbishments and safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary liaison for exhibition partners, overseeing contractual agreements and compliance.
- Coordinate with artists and participants, ensuring their needs are met for successful presentations.
- Supervise budget adherence and logistical aspects, including staff management and event services.
Qualifications
- A background in art and cultural production or project management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in German and English, with additional languages beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex exhibitions or cultural projects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with a capacity to work under pressure and in a team environment.
