Overview
Videotage seeks a dynamic individual to lead its media arts programs and operations. The selected candidate will hold the position for a one-year contract with potential for renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute media arts programs from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with the board to align programs with organizational goals and gain approval for key decisions.
- Manage a team to deliver programs within budget and deadlines.
- Secure funding for operations and projects and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Promote the organization’s programs and manage public relations.
- Oversee budget, finance, and accounting with the support of service providers.
- Handle personnel management and office administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, culture, or related fields.
- Proven experience in media arts.
- Minimum 5 years in arts administration or creative industry management.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.
Offer Details
