Location: Hybrid (Remote + one weekday in-office in Atlanta, on-site for programs)

Hourly Rate: $30/hr (20 hours per week average, higher during program weeks)

Position Overview:
Art Papers is hiring a Program + Event Coordinator to oversee the administration and execution of public programs and events for the organization. This part-time position will work closely with the Executive + Artistic Director and will be responsible for managing all aspects of program implementation, including logistics, partner communication, evaluation, and accessibility coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Artistic + Executive Director, staff, and community partners to implement public programs and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and institutional programming partners.
- Handle logistics for programs, including audio-visual needs, communication with partners and participants, and managing program participants’ contracts, schedules, and travel.
- Support marketing efforts for each program and disseminate information internally and externally.
- Manage ticketing and RSVP systems with support from the team.
- Facilitate accessibility features for Art Papers programs.
- Recruit and manage volunteers for programs and events.
- Document and oversee program evaluation processes, including gathering feedback from participants.
- Be on-site during public programs to assist and facilitate.
- Assist in the planning and execution of occasional fundraising events.
Requirements:
- Highly organized project manager with experience in guiding public programs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners.
- Ability to manage logistics, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Experience in creating and managing online administration systems (e.g., ticketing, RSVP).
- Knowledge of accessibility practices in public programs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in arts or nonprofit settings is a plus.
