A highly motivated and experienced Program Manager is required to lead and oversee a major art project in Jeddah. This is a full-time assignment for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.

Key Requirements

(Duties include but are not limited to the following)

• Lead the planning and execution of the project’s programs and activities.

• Coordinate with artists, curators, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively.

• Supervise logistics and daily operations to ensure seamless delivery.

• Guide and support the project team, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in the arts or cultural sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of event management and familiarity with the local art scene in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
