Location
Delfina Foundation, 29/31 Catherine Place, London, SW1E 6DY.
Hours
40 hours per week. Core office hours are 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend work flexibility required.
Contract Duration
12 month fixed term contract
Holiday
23 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
Key Responsibility Areas
Office and Building Management
- Day-to-day building management, including maintenance, office supply orders, and financial coordination.
- Executive assistant support to Director and Deputy Director.
- Information compilation for funding bids and annual reports.
- First contact for visitors and inquiries.
Residency and Public Programme and Events
- Managing residency application process.
- Coordinating travel and visa requirements for resident artists and curators.
- Overseeing residents’ arrivals, departures, and household requests.
- Supporting exhibition production and event preparation.
- Managing event guest lists and front of house duties.
