The organisation is seeking a Programme Coordinator for Tender Living, a flagship national programme focused on collaborative artistic projects, commissions, exhibitions, and research. The role supports the delivery of civic and public programming at the intersection of artistic production and community-led practice, with a strong focus on supporting Trans, non-binary and gender-questioning artists and participants.
The Programme Coordinator will work closely with Civic and Learning teams to support the delivery and coordination of multiple interconnected projects within Tender Living. The role bridges programme delivery, artist support, and administrative coordination across a large-scale national initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Tender Living projects, commissions, exhibitions, and events
- Coordinate activities across Civic, Learning, and programme teams
- Assist in the production and delivery of public and artist-led programming
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project implementation
- Liaise with artists, partners, and stakeholders
- Support scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Contribute to event coordination, including occasional evenings and weekends
Candidate Profile
- Experience in arts programming, cultural production, or related fields
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
