Job Offer for Project and Partnership Manager
The new member, who would join the coordination office team, will have tasks including identifying new funding channels and opportunities for the innovation and development of the entity.
For five years, Concomitentes has been working to connect art and society by inviting citizen groups to become promoters of artistic works that address a need arising in their immediate context.

Therefore, we seek to incorporate a fourth person to support project and partnership management, to help us identify new funding channels and opportunities for innovation and development of the entity.
The salary offer will be 27,300 euros gross per year; and the job would be remote, from anywhere in Spain. The contract will be permanent, with a two-month trial period, and a working week of 37.5 hours.
The requirements to apply are:

- Knowledge of the national art sector and its public-private funding systems.

- Advanced mastery of computer tools and the ability to adapt to a 100% digital work environment.
- Studies in art history, sociology, political science, economics, marketing, and/or similar fields will be valued, as well as master’s degrees in cultural management; and specific knowledge in fundraising and project formulation, especially if there has been prior participation in the drafting and management of European funding projects.
Concomitentes believes in the transformative power of culture to generate more inclusive societies. We embrace diversity in all its forms and are committed to equal opportunities, both in the day-to-day life of the organization and in this selection process.
The specific functions of the position would be:
Funding:
- Research of calls, analysis of requirements, assessment of alignment with the project profile, and development of the application.

- Resolution and response to financiers’ requirements.
