Responsibilities
- Analysis of Applications
- Evaluate scholarship and program applications.
- Verify eligibility requirements.
- Justify non-approval of applications in case of complaints.
- Support for Project Development
- Plan and execute support activities for project development.
- Ensure timely availability of resources and materials.
- Liaise with external service providers for quotations.
- Information Analysis
- Validate and confirm project-related information, data, invoices, and documentation.
- Enhance reliability and minimize risks in decision-making processes.
- Project and Event Management
- Monitor ongoing projects, activities, and events.
- Ensure procedural compliance.
- Interface with Organizational Units
- Communicate with various Foundation units.
- Exchange necessary information for cohesive operations.
Contractual Details

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social sciences and humanities.
- Minimum of 1 year of project management or cultural event support experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
