Job Description
This role involves managing cultural projects from conceptualization to production. It requires a creative, organized individual who can synthesize and adapt various texts and formats into exhibitions. The successful candidate will lead projects involving multiple suppliers, manage deadlines and budgets, and work independently while collaborating closely with the Director of Museography at K6 and the Design team.
Responsibilities
- Writing, planning, and managing cultural projects
- Preparing and controlling budgets
- Conceptualizing and documenting projects
- Coordinating work teams
Requirements
- University degree in design, cultural management, art, or humanities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Language proficiency: Basque (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Proficiency in Office tools: Excel, Word, PPT
- Proficiency in Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience in managing cultural projects such as exhibitions, festivals, or theater productions
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in production, project management, graphic design, exhibition space design, or marketing
- Interest in cultural, artistic, and heritage projects
- Knowledge of French and web languages
- Interest in new technologies applied to culture
Contract and Salary
- Permanent contract with a probationary period
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for remote and on-site work
- Salary: To be determined
- Immediate start date
