Engage, the lead advocacy and training network for visual arts engagement and participation, wishes to recruit a fixed-term part-time Projects Coordinator between August 2022 and March 2023 to lead the delivery of key projects.
The Projects Coordinator will take the lead on developing, communicating, producing and evaluating key activities which support the professional development and profile of visual arts engagement and participation workforce. They will work closely with the Creative Producer and Business Development and Marketing Officer to ensure that projects have national reach, are well managed, and meet their aims and objectives.
The Projects Coordinator will take the lead on our new advocacy campaign Let’s Create Art. Launching in Autumn 2022, this UK wide initiative will champion the powerful and transformative ways that art enriches the lives of our communities across Engage, Scotland and Wales. They will also develop and coordinate Engage’s flagship Extend Leadership Programme and support a high-profile UK-wide online Gathering.
This role will suit someone with project coordination experience who is able to work independently, has excellent communications and marketing skills, is comfortable with digital/hybrid delivery and is adept at bringing together partners and stakeholders.
