About the Role
The CCCB is seeking a Public Engagement and Institutional Relations Officer to manage ticketing systems, analyze data, and maintain relationships with institutional partners and members. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and updating prices and discounts for exhibitions and activities.

Analyzing data on ticket sales and creating periodic reports.

Overseeing activities for the Friends of CCCB, including communications via newsletters.

Ensuring compliance with GDPR and maintaining the CRM system.

Supporting the development of public audiences and assisting with exhibitions and events.

Monitoring digital signage and managing public-facing information at the CCCB.
Qualifications & Requirements

Must be a permanent employee of the Diputación de Barcelona, the City Council of Barcelona, or CCCB.

A diploma in Administration, Social Sciences, Law, or Humanities.

C1 level of Catalan.

A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.

Active employment status or a similar administrative situation.
