The Perfect Candidate
- A mid- to senior-level professional in a managerial or leadership role within the cultural heritage or creative sectors.
- Committed to fostering inclusive and participatory practices in cultural institutions.
- Interested in the impact of participatory approaches on organizational strategies and operations.
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences, open to collaborative group work, and proficient in English (C1 level or higher).

The RECHARGE Academy offers an immersive four-day program that combines theoretical insight with practical application through:
