The Perfect Candidate

A mid- to senior-level professional in a managerial or leadership role within the cultural heritage or creative sectors.
Committed to fostering inclusive and participatory practices in cultural institutions.
Interested in the impact of participatory approaches on organizational strategies and operations.
Comfortable presenting to large audiences, open to collaborative group work, and proficient in English (C1 level or higher).

The RECHARGE Academy offers an immersive four-day program that combines theoretical insight with practical application through:
