About the Position
The Museum is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for the Registration Department (substitution contract). This is a full-time, in-person position (37.5 hours/week), classified under Group C1, Administrative level 3. Key responsibilities include managing customs procedures for art acquisitions and loans, handling collection insurance and export authorizations, providing administrative support for loans and departmental budget management, updating the Museum’s database (COELI), and providing cross-administrative support to the Production Area.
Profile & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (Batxillerat), Intermediate Vocational Training, or equivalent (foreign degrees must be homologated in Spain).
- Language Skills: Catalan level C1 or higher (mandatory); English level B2 (FCE) or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar administrative tasks in museums or heritage institutions (inventory, documentation, cataloging, or archival systems).
