Support the upcoming exhibition and publication on Rembrandt’s engagement with the ancient past, opening in November 2027. The role involves research, administrative support, liaising with lenders, assisting with exhibition and catalogue preparation, coordinating internal and external collaborators, and supporting public programs including tours and gallery talks.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct library, archival, and online research

Assist with lender correspondence, loan agreements, and TMS object records

Support catalogue editing, captions, bibliographies, and author correspondence

Coordinate internal meetings and exhibition logistics

Assist with grant applications, web content, and promotional materials

Facilitate gallery installation/deinstallation and public engagement
Qualifications & Skills

Experience in museums, preferably with exhibitions

Knowledge of 17th-century Dutch art

Reading knowledge of Dutch, German, or Latin preferred

Strong research, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TMS experience preferred
