The National Gallery is recruiting a Research Centre Manager to support the launch and operation of its new public-facing Research Centre, opening in Spring 2028. The role involves planning and managing daily operations, coordinating staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining facilities. The manager will work at the intersection of multiple stakeholders, including research-active staff, Artists-in-Residence, library and archive users, and the research-engaged public.

- Ability to plan strategically while overseeing day-to-day activities

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of Research Centre operations
- Manage staff and resources to ensure smooth running of the Centre
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Facilitate engagement with researchers, artists, and the public
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the Centre
