This two-month residency program, organized by CEAAC in Strasbourg in collaboration with Hangar and Lumbung Press in Barcelona, supports early- to mid-career artists, authors, and researcher-creators interested in editorial practices and commons. Participants will spend approximately one month in training on offset printing and collective workflows at Lumbung Press, followed by one month developing their proposed project. The residency includes access to a studio, technical equipment, shared accommodation, a residency stipend (€1,035/month), a production grant (€500), and travel support. Local networking and tailored artistic and technical guidance are provided.
Eligibility Criteria
- Born, studied, and/or working in the Grand Est region or can justify a strong link with the region.
- Affiliated with the French artists-authors system.
- Commitment to full-time presence in Barcelona for the residency period.
- Previous CEAAC residents in the last two years are ineligible.
