Role Summary
Tate is seeking a Research Programme Manager to oversee its Collaborative Doctoral Programme (CDP) and support the broader scope of its research activities. This role focuses on managing partnerships, supporting academic endeavors, and fostering an inclusive, innovative research culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Collaborative Doctoral Programme (CDP), including governance, student support, and external reporting.
- Represent Tate in consortium meetings, ensuring best practices and partnerships.
- Support research governance and maintain internal research sharing systems.
- Contribute to fellowship programs, networks, and academic collaborations.
- Supervise staff, including the Research and Interpretation Administrator.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in managing research programs and academic partnerships.
- Familiarity with the Higher Education Institutional sector and research cultures.
- Proven organizational, leadership, and financial management skills.
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
