The Sales Support & Enablement team is looking for a Sales Support & Enablement Coordinator to join the Revenue Operations business. This is a full-time, temporary (6-month) position.

This team supports prospects, partners and sales teams at Artsy by enabling initiatives that add value and drive revenue.

This individual will spend 70% of their time executing high impact recurring tasks which are directly in line with Artsy’s business goals for gallery partners. The rest of their time will be supporting the sales enablement function, updating key onboarding and training materials for the sales team. This is a unique opportunity to impact Artsy’s revenue goals by managing tasks that drive direct value to our partners and sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage post-sale tasks for galleries including uploading, editing, publishing artworks in our Content Management Systems
  • Oversee weekly tasks and processes to keep accurate gallery listings on Artsy
  • Update key partner onboarding and training materials
  • Keep accurate and timely documentation of all work
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with internal and external clients
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within role through cross-team communication with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams

Who You Are: 

  • 1+ years experience in project management, post-sales task or process management
  • Technologically savvy and ability to multi-task with various tools – for example: Salesforce, Zendesk, Notion, and Google Sheets
  • You are detail oriented with a sharp eye for consistency
  • You are adept at problem solving
  • Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain calm and positive under tight and concurrent deadlines
