The Design Museum seeks a Senior Curator: Public Practice to lead its talks, events, and community engagement programmes. The role focuses on creating high-impact public initiatives that explore design’s environmental, social, and economic impact, connecting diverse audiences, educational institutions, and creative industries.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the museum’s talks and events programme.

Lead community projects engaging adults, volunteers, young people, students, and audiences with access requirements.

Develop strategic partnerships across communities, education, and the creative industries.

Strengthen existing relationships and act as a public ambassador for the museum.

Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet audience needs.
