£38,500 – £40,000 per annum

The V&A Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green is part of the V&A family of museums and holds in trust for society the nation’s finest and largest childhood collections. We welcome around 430,000 visitors every year to our inspiring exhibitions, learning programme and special events.
The Museum is seeking a talented, experienced and creative Senior Curator to join the MoC Collections Team. This is an exciting time to be joining the V&A Museum of Childhood and the successful candidate will play a key role in the Museum’s capital redevelopment plan.
You will lead on the care, research and display of the Museum Collection and the curation of exhibitions, demonstrating experience and knowledge of interpreting objects and narratives for a wide and diverse audience.
You must be educated to degree level with at least five years’ experience working in a Museum, arts or similar institution. Proven knowledge and an established or emerging reputation in a related area is essential. You must have demonstrable experience of managing staff, resources and projects.
