MASP is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead the technical and operational delivery of events held within the museum. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with institutional standards, and coordination between internal teams and external suppliers across all phases of event production.

The position involves overseeing events from initial planning through post-event evaluation, combining technical expertise, logistics management, and team leadership within a cultural and heritage context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating all technical and operational aspects of events

  • Experience coordinating suppliers and external teams

  • Knowledge of regulations and technical documentation for events

  • Advanced English and proficiency in digital tools (Office, Google Workspace)

  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
