Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
Contract: 1 year (fixed term) with a possible extension

THE ROLE
The Senior Producer will join a team accountable for managing multiple creative projects, ensuring strategic, commercial, and creative success. Overseeing projects at different development stages, the role requires collaboration across the business and with external partners. Responsibilities include budget control, timeline management, and problem resolution while protecting creative integrity. The Senior Producer is part of the Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth running of the company and its projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee or lead various projects from inception to closing.
- Develop commercially successful marketing and communications strategies.
- Work with the Executive Producer and Artistic Director on early project proposals.
- Develop commercial and production strategies.
- Create funding plans and lead funding negotiations.
- Ensure project success in line with organizational goals.
- Coordinate project development and recruit key staff.
- Negotiate contractual matters with legal support.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop project-related marketing and publicity plans.
- Manage marketing and communication functions and third-party consultants.
- Participate actively in weekly Senior Management Team meetings.
