Introduction
Superflux is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Studio & Operations Manager. This key role will lead the studio’s operations and support our creative practice’s next growth phase.
Role Overview
The Studio & Operations Manager collaborates closely with Superflux’s Directors and Studio Coordinator / EA. This critical role requires candidates with substantial experience excited about the responsibilities outlined below.
Required Professional Experience
- At least five years in a mid to senior operational/organisational role in the creative/cultural sector.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing adaptive operational systems.
- Expertise in managing operational finance and budgets.
- Experience in team leadership and motivation.
- Skill in creating client and collaborator contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Ability to manage diverse relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in handling sensitive internal information with discretion and sound judgment.

Salary & Benefits
- £41-£45k per annum, experience-based.
- Full-time permanent contract, open to 4 days/week pro-rata.
