Introduction Frieze, a leading platform in modern and contemporary art, seeks a Studios Assistant for its London office. The role involves supporting the Studios team, coordinating events, and managing projects within a global network.

Role Summary The Studios Assistant will handle research, administrative tasks, project tracking, and event coordination. This position requires collaboration with various teams, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide research and administrative support to the Studios team.
Monitor project timelines and update calendars.
Keep internal databases and client information current.
Support film shoot logistics and paperwork.
Coordinate with teams for video assets and materials.
Assist in organizing photoshoots and event production.
Manage invoices, vendors, and budget tracking.
Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in project delivery and administrative support.
Ability to multitask and work with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Capable of working independently and under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in art and culture.
Familiarity with Mac OS and marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
