HKU is the largest university of the arts in the Netherlands with more than 4000 students and one of the largest training institutes in Europe that focus on art, culture and creative industry. HKU has a wide range of courses spread over nine schools.
The HKU Games and Interaction School trains students to become game and interaction designers, who focus on the design of interaction via games, website and mobile phones. The Games and Interaction school consists of the following bachelor’s programs: Game Art, Games Design, Game Development and Interaction Design.
The organization and implementation is structured over the four years with a team of study leader, tutor and ( core ) teacher for each year. For the fellow teachers in the team, the tutor is the one who monitors both the personal professional development of the students and the dynamics in the student group. Three tutors work at Games and Interaction.
