The Fonds PERSPEKTIVE – Visual Arts supports binational cooperation projects between France and Germany. Initiated in 2014, the fund is a collaboration between the Office of Fine Arts of the Institut français Germany and the Goethe-Institut, jointly funded by the Institut français, the French Ministry of Culture, and the Goethe-Institut. Its goal is to foster cooperative and transnational artistic initiatives that strengthen dialogue between French and German art scenes.
Programme Overview
The call primarily targets cultural and artistic institutions (museums, art centres, art halls, art associations, etc.) as well as theorists, critics, and independent, emerging, or established curators based in France or Germany. Projects must be developed collaboratively and presented in both countries. Selected projects will be carried out between February and December 2026.

Selection Process
Projects are reviewed by a professional jury.
