Overview
The position seeks a Youth Programme Producer to manage the Shieldfield Youth Programme’s development and delivery. This role focuses on creating meaningful activities for children and young people, emphasizing their involvement and creative expression.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Youth Programme, including planning, development, and operations.
- Lead and manage the youth team, including a Youth Worker and Sessional Youth Worker.
- Design engaging activities that reflect young people’s needs and ideas.
- Foster a supportive environment for creativity, skill development, and community involvement.
Details
- Salary: £29,000 pro rata (£11,600 for 2 days per week)
- Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week
- Deadline: 24 April, 12 noon
- Interviews: Beginning 6 May, including a panel interview and an evening workshop session.
