An experienced registrar, you will administer the planning, scheduling and co-ordination of the packing, transport and insurance of temporary loans to Tate Britain’s exhibition and displays.
The Curatorial Department, Tate Britain, is responsible for researching and building Tate’s collection of British art and the delivery of a programme of exhibitions and displays at Millbank. This is an opportunity to be a key member of the Curatorial Department’s programme delivery team.
You will bring an understanding of international museum standards for the transport of works of art and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also be able to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work to budget.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
