Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £33,708 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester (The role will be based at the office base listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members if the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
Introduction: This role will support and strengthen England’s creative and cultural sector through a number of national development programmes that you will help to plan and deliver. It’s a great opportunity to apply your project and event management experience, strong communications skills and initiative to helping creative individuals and organisations flourish.
Role Details: You will support the Senior Manager, Creative Health & Change Programmes to develop and deliver the Arts Council’s development programmes, in particular a governance support programme and Investment Principles resources.
To succeed in this role, you will need to enjoy planning and delivering projects, organising events online and in person, working in a cross-disciplinary team and building links across the cultural sector. You will need to think and act creatively and collaboratively, use your judgement and juggle multiple priorities.
