The COO will play a key role in delivering effective procedures for operations management, finance, commercial affairs, legal matters, and human resources for the organisation.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Additionally, they should possess strong financial and business acumen, along with experience in HR and management processes, including knowledge of best practices. Previous experience in the charity and cultural sectors is highly desirable, as is an entrepreneurial flair for resilient and sustainable business development. Proficiency in staff management, financial systems, including accounting and budgetary control, as well as IT systems and management, is essential.
