Are you an expert in architecture, cultural heritage, design, literary translation, music, performing arts, or visual arts? We invite you to join the evaluator’s pool for the Culture Moves Europe’s Individual Mobility Action. Your expertise will help evaluate project proposals submitted by applicants seeking to explore cultural or artistic mobility in a Creative Europe country different from their legal residence.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, experts must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Minimum 18 years old
- Expertise: Professional experience in one of the specified fields
- International Experience: Familiarity with international cultural exchange and/or mobility projects
- Evaluation: Experience in project evaluation, preferably in cultural mobility
- Residency: Legal residency in a Creative Europe country
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Availability: Flexible from November 2023 to June 2024 and from October 2024 to February 2025
- Training: Attend a 2-hour training session in October 2023, mid-term, and post-evaluation meetings (online)
- Additional Meetings: Willingness to participate in online jury meetings if required
Interested applicants must provide a brief CV and a declaration of honor through the online application form. Selected experts will also sign a declaration of confidentiality upon contract signing. Please note that Culture Moves Europe grant applicants cannot apply as evaluators.
Offer and Remuneration
As part of the Culture Moves Europe mobility scheme, experts will receive:
- €12 fee per evaluated application, including incurred costs (excluding VAT)
- Participation in a training session to understand evaluation methodology and criteria
