Introduction
Perform Europe is a funding initiative that provides EUR 2.1 million to support performing arts collaborations across 40 Creative Europe countries. The scheme is dedicated to reinventing international touring, emphasizing sustainability, inclusivity, and trans-national collaboration.

Priorities of Perform Europe
This call invites the sector to form partnerships and propose impactful projects. Proposals should focus on at least one of Perform Europe’s priorities:

Projects should also demonstrate quality, innovation, and fairness.

Funding Details
Perform Europe will allocate EUR 2.1 million to at least 35 partnerships. Available grant categories are:
- EUR 12,000 for Small partnership projects
- EUR 32,000 for Medium partnership projects
- EUR 60,000 for Large partnership projects
The maximum grant is EUR 60,000, as mandated by the European Union. Notably, 5% of the total funding is reserved for projects involving Ukrainian partners or supporting the Ukrainian performing arts sector.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be professionals in the performing arts, legally based in one of the Creative Europe Countries.
Partnership Requirements
- Minimum Composition: Each partnership should have at least three partners from three different Creative Europe countries.
- Artistic Work: Proposals must include at least one performing arts work (excluding live music), to be presented in at least three different Creative Europe countries.
- Note: Production costs for new creations are not covered.
