Overview
Rosetta Arts is launching the ‘Newham’s Place Partnerships (Cultural Producers)’ project, funded by Arts Council England and others. This three-year initiative, starting in 2024, aims to create cross-sectoral employment opportunities in East London. It focuses on health, environment, and heritage, offering training and placements in cultural production. The project will train 48 participants across four cohorts, providing classroom learning and paid placements.
Key Responsibilities
The Cultural Producers Project Manager (CPPM) will:
- Collaborate with the Creative Partnerships & Business Manager
- Develop and implement an inclusive recruitment plan
- Manage producer placements, including matching with host organisations and providing mentorship
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience in inclusive recruitment practices and project management.
Contract Duration
This position offers a fixed contract until 23 December 2026.
