Introduction
EU4Culture announces a new call for mobility grants aimed at individual artists and cultural professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and the Republic of Moldova. Funded by the European Union, this initiative aims to foster intercultural dialogue and knowledge exchange.
Eligibility and Grant Details
Individuals over 18, working in any cultural and creative sector and residing permanently in the eligible countries, can apply. The grants support various activities, including internships, study visits, and professional development, that take place abroad. Both physical and virtual mobilities are eligible, with grants ranging from €1,000 for virtual participation to €5,000 for long-term projects.
Types of Mobilities and Funding
- Short-term (5-10 days): up to €1,500
- Medium-term (11-35 days): up to €3,500
- Long-term (36-84 days): up to €5,000
- Virtual mobilities: up to €1,000 for online events
Application Process
Applicants must submit an action plan and budget via the Goethe Application Portal by February 16, 2024. Information sessions are available for interested individuals from each eligible country.

EU4Culture is a four-year initiative by the European Union focusing on the cultural sector, particularly in non-capital areas of Eastern Partnership countries. Managed by the Goethe-Institut and partners, it has supported 274 mobility projects through three calls to date.
