- Job Title: Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships

- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

TBA seeks a Senior Manager for Corporate Partnerships to enhance and expand corporate sponsorship and partnership portfolios. The role involves collaborating with TBA’s diverse teams to secure funding through sponsorships, partnerships, and donations. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively seeking corporate support for major gifts and sponsorships
- Expanding the portfolio of corporate supporters through research and networking
- Crafting funding requests, applications, and proposals
- Managing sponsorship programs and ensuring delivery of sponsorship benefits
- Drafting agreements for corporate gifts, grants, and sponsorships
- Finding creative in-kind sponsorship opportunities to support operational and budgetary needs
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in fundraising, with a preference for corporate fundraising or business development
- A track record of meeting revenue goals and securing significant gifts
- Background in the arts sector is beneficial
- Experience with event management for fundraising, stewardship, and client hosting is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software (Google Suite, Canva) and Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of legal fundraising regulations for non-profits and charities
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed, including on-site at TBA’s Toronto office and various event venues
