General Information
The program targets socio-cultural and cultural organisations with a community focus. It aims to enhance the impact and visibility of projects that drive innovation in inclusion and community engagement.
Eligibility
Socio-cultural centres and similar organisations in Creative Europe Programme countries are eligible. This includes ENCC members and other non-profits. Applicants can submit multiple proposals.
Benefits for Organisations
Eligible submissions gain visibility through a comprehensive ENCC database. Four winners receive:
- A €3500 grant for project development.
- Prominent showcasing on ENCC communication platforms.
- An opportunity to present at the annual ENCC conference in Riga, Latvia, including a workshop, travel, accommodation, and event access.

- Winner Workshops: 5 June 2024 in Riga, Latvia

Project Themes
Projects must align with one of four themes:
- E-inclusion and Digital Accessibility: Enhancing community-wide digital access.
- Building Inclusive Narratives: Promoting diversity and authenticity in storytelling.
- Removing Barriers for Marginalised Groups: Addressing accessibility and inclusion.
- Diversity in Leadership: Encouraging diverse representation in boards and management.
How to Apply
Ensure eligibility, then submit your project via the ENCC website by 18 March 2024. Review other submissions in the project gallery after validation by the ENCC team. Applications and attached documents must be in English.
Selection Criteria
Projects should be innovative, fit a theme, build awareness, engage communities, and demonstrate impact. Priority goes to projects that foster local community engagement and cross-sector cooperation.
Selection Process
Eligible projects will be published on the ENCC website for public and expert voting. The selection combines public votes and expert evaluations. Four projects (one per theme) will be funded.
Jury Evaluation
A jury comprising thematic experts, ENCC board and office members, will assess projects based on relevance, innovation, impact, community engagement, and the added value of grant support.
