Live Events Team
The Live Events team is crucial in producing large-scale events in the Grade 1 Listed courtyard. Events range from the annual Skate ice rink and Summer Series music gigs to community workshops and the museum-style Morgan Stanley Lates.
The Role
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of outdoor event production, strong relationship management, and project management skills. They will be adaptable, committed to excellence, and open to innovative project delivery methods.
Responsibilities
- General Management: Oversee the planning, delivery, and management of Live Events production and infrastructure.
- Equipment Management: Ensure proper maintenance and storage of technical equipment and manage workshop resources.
- Project Planning: Coordinate with suppliers, produce detailed plans and schedules, and manage production staff for various projects.
- Building and Safety: Navigate the challenges of a Grade I Listed Building while maintaining high safety standards.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: Must have significant experience in managing large-scale outdoor events and site-specific productions.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and clear communication of complex information are essential. A thorough understanding of temporary event structures, power systems, licensing, and health and safety regulations is required.
