Role Description
The Exhibition Organiser will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of an upcoming exhibition at the Barbican Centre. This position involves close collaboration with the Exhibitions Manager and the team to maintain high production standards. Responsibilities include assisting in the commissioning of artworks, managing logistics for artwork transport and installation, and preparing exhibitions for international tours.
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and have experience in managing large-scale exhibitions from inception to realization. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, both individually and within a team, is essential.
