Individuals from Arab countries, regardless of residency or citizenship, can apply. Local, regional, and international entities involved in arts and culture from the Arab region are also eligible. However, AFAC staff, board members, and their families cannot apply. Additionally, recent grant recipients and those with an open grant are ineligible.
