Exhibition Opportunity for Curators, Artists, Makers, and Performers
Staffordshire St invites proposals for exhibitions in its project space as part of the 2025 programme. This opportunity supports artists at all career stages, offering a 3-4 week exhibition and two related events in the gallery during March/April 2025. The selection process includes a review by the Staffordshire St team and two external judges. The selected artist will receive assistance with event delivery, guidance on funding applications, and networking opportunities within Staffordshire St’s community.
Focus on Community Engagement and Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
Exhibitions should engage both the artistic and local community. A cross-disciplinary approach, encouraging collaboration with partners, is highly valued. Staffordshire St’s public programme includes workshops, film nights, panel discussions, supper clubs, scratch nights, and music events. Proposals should demonstrate strong concepts, quality, and the ability to execute the project effectively. Submissions are particularly encouraged from underrepresented or non-traditional art backgrounds to ensure diverse perspectives.
