Job Type: Part-time, Fixed-Term (6 months, 0.6 FTE)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Position Overview:
Art UK is seeking a Public Art Officer to support its Murals Digitisation and Engagement project. This involves the research and digitisation of murals across the UK while managing public engagement and volunteer contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Research and manage mural information.
- Process images submitted by volunteers.
- Recruit, train, and support Public Art Volunteers.
- Coordinate regional Volunteer Team meetings.
- Perform project management and training activities.
Requirements:
- Essential: Strong administrative, data management, and communication skills.
- Desirable: Experience with image/data management and enthusiasm for visual arts.
