The British Museum is recruiting a Project Curator to support the development and delivery of an upcoming Korea-focused exhibition. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the research, planning, and execution of a major international project as part of the Asia department.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to support exhibition content, publication, and programming

Liaise with internal departments and international lenders regarding loans and logistics

Maintain and manage project documentation and object databases
-
Track BM object movements across departments (e.g. Conservation, Photography)

Assist in coordinating communication and updates across the project team
Candidate Profile
-
Degree in a relevant subject

Knowledge of Korean language (spoken and written)

Strong research and organisational skills

Experience working on museum exhibitions or cultural projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and image/database management

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
