UCL’s Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment seeks an experienced curator to lead a multi-media exhibition and public events programme celebrating UCL’s bicentenary in 2026. The exhibition, featuring historical and recent projects by staff and students, will be hosted in the Lobby Gallery at 22 Gordon Street from 13 March to 22 May 2026.
Role
- Develop and deliver the exhibition and public events programme, including marketing and communication.
- Manage the exhibition budget and collection.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the exhibition engages diverse audiences and promotes faculty priorities, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, climate action, public engagement, innovation, and research impact.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable and passionate about London and its built environment.
- Expertise in curatorial practice, exhibition design, programming, and delivery.
- Experience in exhibition, event, and people management.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
