Job Description
Art Mumbai is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Exhibitor Relations team. The role involves supporting all aspects of exhibitor communications, operations, and on-ground coordination for Art Mumbai.
Responsibilities

Assist the Exhibitor Relations team with day-to-day tasks

Manage exhibitor communications, respond to queries, and maintain the exhibitor portal

Compile, organize, and maintain exhibitor information

Coordinate with marketing and visibility teams to provide exhibitor-related content

Review and document exhibitor submissions to ensure a seamless fair experience

Provide on-ground support during the fair, including setup and dismantling

Liaise with exhibitors, production, operations, and internal Art Mumbai teams
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in the arts sector or arts administration

Passion for art and events

Strong digital skills with excellent organization and communication abilities

Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with extended hours

Proficiency in English and Hindi
