Nordic Culture Point announces an additional round of funding within the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture to support Ukrainian artists and cultural creators through residencies in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Eligibility
- Only residency centres (not individuals) located in Denmark, Finland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland, Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania may apply.
- Residency centres must have at least 1 year of documented experience organizing residencies in the arts and culture.
- Invited participants must be Ukrainian nationals, individual or groups, with professional experience or training in art/culture.
Funding Coverage
- Travel, subsistence, remuneration, and other direct residency costs (including accompanying family members).
- Up to 15% of the budget can be allocated to administrative expenses.
- Residencies can cover all art and culture fields.
- Recommended residency length: 2–4 months.
- Funding period: the application year + 2 additional years.
Assessment Criteria
- Regional and international work of the residency centre.
- Capacity to host and support multiple artists and connect them with local networks.
- Sustainability (social, economic, ecological) and safe working environment.
Residency centres can apply either with pre-selected artists or by launching an open call after funding approval.
