Location: Strasbourg, France
This role reports to the director and works closely with the public engagement officer. The Cultural Mediator will welcome individual visitors and lead guided visits for groups, develop educational materials, conduct research, and create workshops related to exhibitions. Additional responsibilities include managing exhibition opening/closing, handling sales at reception, ensuring safety regulations, and participating in the life of the association.
Eligibility Criteria
- Knowledge and interest in contemporary art.
- Understanding of different public types and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, autonomy, and flexibility.
- Good level of English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
