Marlborough Productions is recruiting a freelance Associate Exhibition Curator to support the curation of a new exhibition at Brighton Museum & Art Gallery.
The role involves conceptualising, planning, and delivering an engaging exhibition scheduled for 2027 in partnership with Brighton & Hove Museums. The exhibition will mark the 60th anniversary of the Decriminalization of Homosexuality and will explore local queer heritage. It continues Queer Heritage South’s collaboration with the Brighton & Hove Museums team and will be presented at Brighton Museum & Art Gallery for five years.
Applications are particularly welcomed from people of colour and disabled applicants, in recognition of the underrepresentation of these groups in the sector. An interview can be guaranteed for applicants who demonstrate how they meet the essential skills, qualities, and experience criteria.
Please indicate in the cover letter if you qualify for a guaranteed interview.
