The Royal Academy of Arts is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its Estates team. This permanent full-time role supports project, procurement, financial and security processes, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and efficient delivery of departmental operations.
Responsibilities
- Support project management, procurement processes, financial tracking and security-related tasks within the Estates team.
- Act as a connector across teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflows.
- Track tasks, monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Process orders and support budgeting and reporting for ongoing projects.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
- Significant experience in project coordination.
- Certificate and/or equivalent experience in business administration, project coordination or financial management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with budgeting, procurement and resource planning.
- High proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach.
